Making A 16 Reflector Telescope

m-ITX LGA1156

Although these days we are seeing the images of the future m-ITX platform Lga1155 Sandy Bridge, has just released two new mobo for socket LGA1156 processors for Westmere.

The first is a mobo chipset QM57 able to accommodate mobile processors with integrated graphics and for this reason is a very interesting solution for those who want to use this cpu on a desktop solution. Remember that the CPU is mobile parzimoniose more in terms of consumption than desktop solution, and therefore perfect for a HTPC or server for low fuel consumption.

  • Gigabit Ethernet Controller Intel 82577LM
  • supports Intel Active Management Technology 6.0
  • Outputs HDMI, DVI, VGA and
  • 24-bit dual channel LVDS
  • 5 Doors , SATA II 3Gb / s supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 10

  • 10 USB 2.0 ports 1 x PCI-Express x16 slot 1
  • miniPCI-E expansion
  • Supports watchdog hardware monitoring
  • sink to the low-profile CPU included in the package

The second proposal is a solution based on the most common chipset H55 but this board its a nice surprise. The layout of the mobo in fact differs from the other m-ITX H55 for the different disposition of the socket (such as J & W H55) that facilitates and allows the mounting of heatsinks ren freeing the PCI-Express.
