Il suo obiettivo è quello di collocarsi nella fascia occupata da Atom cercando di spodestarlo.

La novità più importante è l'introduzione della grafica integrata nel die della cpu dando vita all'apu. Le apu Brazos sono di due tipi a seconda della cpu (Bobcat) utilizzata: Zacate e Ontario.

I modelli presentati sono 4: due per tipologia di cpu accompagnati dal chipset Hudson.
